Chaissery Pooram Pooram at the Kav Bhagwati Temple at Mulayamparambath, Chalissery Special poojas were held on Sunday in front of the Chalissery temple, the meeting place of Palakkad, Thrissur and Malappuram districts. In the afternoon Devaswom Pooram uprising was held at 5 pm accompanied by famous Gajaveerans from three districts of Kerala. This time, following the police directive, the evening rally was canceled. This time all the local celebration committees were preparing to bring back the arches and electric lanterns to welcome the Pooram.
